hey guys
i was just wondering, how can u take screen shot in game, while playing? alot of times there were glitches and i wanted to send to arena net but i didint know how, also is there christmas update yet? (havent play game in while)

How about "print screen"?

Other than the Icy Dragon Sword, no Christmas presents yet.

print screen for a normal shot...hold shift and hit print screen for a shot without the interface
